Managed by KIMBIA Athletics and sponsored by New Balance, the site offers a unique insight into what exactly is involved in training for such large sporting events.

Features include an advanced blogging system, interactive content such as videos, audio and image galleries, and the chance for visitors to post in questions or comments to the team

Some of the site's features include:

• Wordpress powered Blog - we heavily modified Wordpress' vanilla blogging system to create a slick blogging experience.
• Media Uploader - we created a scalable and simple to use media uploaded for site admins.
• Scalability - this site often get sharp spikes of press attention that means the code needs to be light and flexible to adapt to the demand. We coded the site to handle on vast amounts of traffic on a modest server.

chasingKIMBIA is the first blogumentary website that we have produced and it was great fun to work on!
