ConsoleUp is one of the UK's leading stockists of gaming console acccessories. It's range includes a wide variety of products for the popular Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, X-BOX, Nintendo DS, and many other consoles
We were approached to give their existing eCommerce store both a design facelift and incorporate a wide selection of both front-end and admin enhancements to improve conversions and administrive management.
Features include:
- AJAX enhancements: 1-click add to cart, Product Quick Views, instant page-reloads.
- 1-page checkout: Customers can literally checkout in a matter of seconds.
- Advanced 'My Account' area: Customers can save all account/address details, track their order history, open support tickets, create wishlists, get product recommendations, store credit cards, and more! Once customers create an account, the checkout process takes as little as 3 clicks to complete an order.
- Low-stock alternatives: If a customer tries to order an item that is approaching low stock, similar alternatives are intelligently offered instead.
- Multiple language and currency support.
- Customer Support Tickets: Customers can open support tickets on anything from general questions to order-specific enquries. The system also caters for a RMA system where returning or getting a refund for an order is easy and transparent.
- Admin enhancements: Integration with third-party couriers such as DHL and Royal Mail, integration with mulitple payment providers including Protx, Paypal, and Global Collect.
