In the extremely competitive luxury sports goods market, HDO Sport found their existing site needed brand modernisation and the incorporation of new ecommerce technologies in order to improve sales conversions.

• Product up-selling and cross-selling to increase the average order size.

Blubolt provided integration of HDO Sport’s pre-existing product videos in a more cohesive sales oriented fashion, again, utilising the latest AJAX technologies.

Additionally, integration with OrderMotion, an advanced customer relations and multi-channel order management system, was required. This integration provided HDO Sport with the ability for customers from all of their order channels to check their order statuses in one place, as well as improved productivity and efficiency for back-office order management.

The end result is an extremely crisp, polished site that has resulted not only in vastly improved conversions and sales figures but also steadily increasing numbers of returning consumers.
