We were approached to give their existing site a make-over and incorporate a range of features designed to increase sales conversions. Some of these include:

• Improved navigation and page layouts - users are able to easily find their way around the website using both the top and side navigation, 'quick-jump' menus, as well as a keyword search feature. The site was also coded in CSS/XHTML which meant faster page load times and an easily updateable front-end.
• Clear and descriptive product pages - each product had the option of showing multiple images, product summaries, delivery times, ingredient lists, the ability to ask questions easily, product guarantee information, and more
• Product reviews - Users can leave full reviews and star ratings for individual products, and the results are displayed in a bar-chart graph form.
• Advanced buying options - We set up the ability to specify special quantity discounts, product groupings to save money, and product upselling.
• Customer account - users can keep track of all their orders, update their details, as well as get product recommendations based on their previous purchases and what they've viewed on the website.
