Shoon was founded in 1982 and now boasts almost 30 stores nationwide selling a wide range of high quality brand name shoes and clothing.
We were approached to completely redevelop their existing eCommerce site and, in short, dramatically enhance the customer experience as they shop online.
Features include:
- Advanced product filtering. Users are able to filter products by shoe size, colour, style, brand and many more 'meta-filters'. Product matches are returned instantly
- Product up-selling and cross-selling. On product detail pages, and on the checkout process to encourage higher order values
- 1-page checkout - customers can literally checkout in a matter of seconds
- Product quick looks. Users can view the full details of a product straight from the product listings page
- Quick search. Our new quick search feature will autosuggest products as users type in the search box
- Store locator. A tight integration with Google Maps was built and even allows for users to get directions to their nearest store
- Product image enhancements. All products display multiple views and the ability to zoom in detail
- Saved preferences. Customers can save their favourite shoe styles, colours, and their shoe size to see the exact product matches
- Wishlists and personalised recommendations based on past purchases
- Gift Cards. Integration with their gift card system used in all their stores meant that customers can choose to redeem their gift card online or purchase new ones.
- Support tickets. Customers can easily open support tickets straight from their my account area
