Fenn Wright Manson

Established in 1974, Fenn Wright Manson's collections have become well-known for their sophistication and distinctly Cosmopolitan Style.

We were selected in mid-2011 to provide their new eCommerce platform and to create a new frontend design based on their updated branding guidelines.

An important part of the project was to also improve the efficiency of managing and processing orders as well as day to day customer service. We worked closely with their team to devise a streamlined solution for both warehouse and customer service operatives that cut out many onerous processes that existed before.
