West Music

West Music is a growing music retailer, currently with 6 stores across the American mid-west.

We were approached to give their existing site a visual and technical makeover with the goal of improving conversions and brand loyalty/awareness. As part of the build, we were also commissioned to develop one of their sister sites, Percussion Source.

The site features:

• Pick up in store: customers can see if products are in stock in their 6 store locations and choose to pick up later.
• Full order/customer/product integration with Navision
• Advanced navigation: customers can filter by brand, product type, price, and even colour
• Multiple shipping addresses: customers can choose to have different products shipped to different addresses
• Article management system
