blubolt today announced the appointment of technology and marketing veteran Iestyn Keyes to the newly created role of CEO effective 17 July 2023; Co-Founder Chris Mattingly has stepped down to focus on new endeavours within the eCommerce space but will continue to support for the foreseeable future.

Keyes brings over 20 years of agency and start-up experience to the position. Prior to joining blubolt, Keyes was Managing Director of Southeast Asia at Overdose, where he successfully scaled the business from a start-up to the region-leading Shopify Plus partner agency, with a client roster including Bata, Crate & Barrel, Moet Hennessy, Specialized and Samsung. Prior to Overdose, Keyes served in various leadership roles with Unlimited Group, Isobar, R/GA and The Mission Group in London and Singapore, working with clients such as Unilever, Nike, Netflix, Uber, Guinness, Virgin, O2 and Diageo.
